Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled 24-hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 20% of the scheduled service amount. If client is 15+ minutes late to the appointment, they will be charged the cancellation fee and will need to re-book or ask for a modified service if available. No call no show will be charged 20% of the scheduled service amount and will not be able to book any future appointments without paying full price up front. Please do not show up more than 10 minutes early for your appointment. I try to make the most of our time scheduled with each individual client. All services are NON-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with your service, please let me know so I can make future modifications.
